What this folder is

This folder stores tracking documents (“trackers”) used to coordinate multi-step work across multiple sessions and contributors.

Where trackers live

All tracker files live in trackers/files/.
The creation standard lives in trackers/tracker_creation_guide.md.

How to create a tracker

Follow the creation guide:

How to use a tracker

Create a tracker at the start of a multi-step initiative.
Update it at the start/end of each work session.
Treat it as the source of truth for progress, decisions, and blockers.
